Telesales Executive

Job Location and Experience Requirements

This role is based at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata and requires the candidate to work from the office. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualification

A graduate degree is mandatory to qualify for this position.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
• Proven track record in meeting targets through outbound calling and revenue generation.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Previous experience in software sales is advantageous.
• Candidates with background in real estate sales are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Initiate lead generation via outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries effectively.
• Manage complete sales cycles for B2B and B2C clients.
• Consistently achieve sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Maintain precise and updated records of leads and client details in CRM systems.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships through consultative selling and upselling techniques.
