As a Telesales Executive based in Bengaluru, you will proactively connect with both potential and current customers through outbound calls to present products and services effectively. The role involves not only explaining the features, advantages, and pricing of our offerings but also understanding customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions that foster conversions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate interest.
• Communicate detailed information about product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Identify customer requirements and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
• Lead generation and qualification through active telephone engagement.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested candidates to close sales opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
• Consistently meet or surpass assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and call outcomes using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Develop and nurture positive customer relationships to uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead conversion processes.
• Compile and submit daily reports detailing call activities and sales performance metrics.
