Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding their insurance policy renewals.
- Provide reminders and guidance throughout the renewal process to ensure timely updates.
- Address and resolve inquiries related to insurance renewals effectively.
- Support customers through the renewal process, clarifying any uncertainties.
- Manage queries concerning Motor, Health, and Travel insurance products.
- Meet or exceed prescribed sales and renewal targets.
