Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive or Manager responsible for managing leads and inquiries primarily generated from B2B sources, with occasional interactions involving B2C customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telesales leads and inquiries.
- Focus predominantly on business-to-business (B2B) client interactions.
- Occasionally manage customer relations and sales within the business-to-consumer (B2C) segment.
- Maintain communication with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively manage telesales activities within the home furnishings market.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between INR 12,000 and INR 23,000 per month.
