Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Telesales Executive who will actively engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, clearly presenting our products and services and driving sales conversions. The position demands superior communication abilities and a persuasive approach to consistently achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Effectively explain benefits and features of offerings to customers.
- Close sales by addressing customer objections and facilitating purchasing decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed pre-defined sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and sales acumen.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales goals consistently.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
Location & Work Environment
This role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and requires on-site presence.
