Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Telesales Executives to join our healthcare team in Hyderabad. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role, which involves engaging with prospective patients to provide detailed information and guidance regarding Avis Hospitals' treatment offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication efficiently with potential patients.
• Advise patients about treatment options offered by Avis Hospitals and facilitate the consultation scheduling process.
• Identify patient needs, empathize with their concerns, and instill confidence in the suggested medical procedures.
• Arrange appointments and perform follow-ups to optimize conversion rates for consultations and surgeries.
• Keep precise patient records and update call details within the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with various hospital departments for a smooth patient journey.
• Consistently meet monthly consultation and surgery conversion goals while upholding service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum six months of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, healthcare counselling, or customer support.
• Superior communication, counselling, and persuasion capabilities.
• Proficiency in building patient trust and addressing queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong aptitude for follow-ups and managing ongoing relationships.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM applications.
• Educational qualification of Intermediate (12th pass) or higher is mandatory.
• Preference for individuals with healthcare-related experience in hospitals, diagnostics, IVF, dental, ophthalmology, aesthetics/cosmetology, health insurance, or medical call centers.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to 24,000.
