Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Telephone Interviewer to work on-site in Sharjah. This position involves conducting structured phone interviews with candidates, adhering to predefined scripts to extract important data regarding their experience, skills, and suitability for various roles. Responsibilities include accurately documenting responses, updating candidate information in internal systems, delivering concise reports to recruitment teams, scheduling interviews, managing daily call quotas, and conducting follow-ups for additional information when required. Maintaining professionalism, respecting confidentiality, and providing feedback to enhance interview methodologies are integral to this role.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening capabilities to perform clear, methodical phone interviews.
• Competent in taking precise notes and maintaining organized records using basic computer applications and CRM or applicant tracking systems.
• A customer-oriented approach with a professional, respectful, and gender-neutral manner when engaging candidates and clients.
• Strong time management skills to manage high call volumes exceeding 100 calls daily, meet set targets, and effectively organize interview schedules.
• Detail-focused with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols related to candidate information.
• Fluent English language skills; proficiency in other regional languages is advantageous.
• Preferred prior experience in telephone interviewing, call centers, recruitment support, or related areas though not mandatory.
• Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Communications will be an added benefit.
• Applicants with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales sectors such as banking services, FOREX, insurance, telecommunications, or real estate are eligible.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and perform data entry using MS Office, ERP, and CRM software platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from AED 30,000 to AED 36,000, complemented by performance-based incentives and an annual bonus. Visa sponsorship is available for the successful candidate.
