Role Overview
As a Telemonitoring Specialist for indoor operations, you will remotely oversee and analyze refrigeration systems using our telemonitoring platforms to ensure stable and energy-efficient operations. You'll identify technical irregularities, implement appropriate interventions, and support technical queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Remote monitoring and enhancement of refrigeration equipment to maintain stability and efficiency.
- Diagnosing faults and abnormal operational conditions and initiating remedial steps.
- Generating reports and evaluations on system status, energy consumption, and technical anomalies.
- Providing expert support to service technicians, dispatchers, and field staff with technical matters.
- Maintaining close cooperation with service, quality, installation, and technical planning teams.
Candidate Profile
- Completed refrigeration technology training or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with structured and solution-driven work methods.
- Effective communication skills, teamwork orientation, and solid organizational abilities.
- Fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using PCs and Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
