About the Role
Join Sankar Capital in Chennai as a Telemarketing Manager, leading a team focused on proactive customer engagement through phone sales. This role involves comprehensive oversight of telemarketing operations, campaign execution, and quality assurance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and inspire telemarketing agents, providing them with skills to effectively present products and handle objections from customers.
- Design and coordinate telemarketing campaigns including segmentation and script updates, ensuring optimal use of telephone systems by team members.
- Monitor daily operational metrics such as call volumes, response rates, and sales conversions to gauge team performance.
- Conduct quality assurance by reviewing call recordings to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Compile and deliver clear daily and weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievement against targets.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 40,000 and 70,000 INR.
