Telemarketing Executive - Microsoft Dynamics, Data & AI Solutions

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Telemarketing Executive skilled in generating qualified leads and appointments specifically for CRM, ERP, and Data & AI products. The role demands expertise in outbound calling, database research, and B2B lead generation focused on technology and software offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to potential business clients to present ERP, CRM, and Data & AI product solutions.
• Identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads to develop qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct research to formulate targeted lists of prospective customers.
• Qualify leads applying BANT criteria—Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
• Keep detailed records of calls, follow-up actions, and lead statuses using internal tracking systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointment settings.
• Maintain current knowledge about ERP, CRM, Data & AI products and their market positioning.
• Manage initial objections professionally and direct interested prospects to the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Between 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within IT or software sales.
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Data & AI solution domains.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Expertise in cold-calling techniques and lead qualification procedures.
• Goal-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft product suites is an advantage.
• Must be able and willing to work from the office location in Singapore.

Compensation

The offered salary range is SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 per month.
