Join SkinLab The Medical Spa as a Telemarketer where you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls, introducing and promoting the spa's products and services to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the company's customer database to present and explain products and services.
• Engage prospects by understanding their requirements and communicating product benefits to promote interest and generate sales opportunities.
• Develop and nurture customer relations through consistent follow-ups via calls or messages to secure appointments and close sales, meeting individual targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting call activities and sales outcomes within the company system.
• Compile and submit periodic reports detailing call metrics, appointments set, sales achievements, and provide suggestions to improve telemarketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the team to support marketing campaigns and implement promotional initiatives as assigned.
• Perform additional marketing, telemarketing, or administrative tasks as requested by the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a related sales or customer service position.
• Fluency in spoken English plus proficiency in at least one other language.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and telephone systems.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Possess a warm, approachable tone suited for customer interactions.
• Skilled in negotiation and effectively managing customer objections.
• Patient and composed when handling customer feedback and objections.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and takes initiative.
• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma.
