Role Overview
We are excited to grow our Advanced Manufacturing division and invite you to join our energetic, collaborative team known for delivering top-tier designs for leading clients worldwide. Our projects include highly specialized and complex facilities like semiconductor manufacturing plants and data centers. This role demands an enthusiastic, self-driven professional with excellent communication skills, eager to apply technical expertise collaboratively on stimulating and rewarding assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the design process including initial assessments, concept development, design execution, troubleshooting, and preparation of drawings and specifications.
- Serve as the technical expert on assigned specialized telecom designs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop technical designs for building systems such as security, fire alarms, voice, data, audio/visual, and other low voltage technologies.
- Perform site visits, review technical documentation, interact periodically with clients and vendors, and integrate owner-specific installation criteria with site-specific conditions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and receive mentorship to enhance professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Technical or Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Have at least 10 years of experience designing low voltage and telecommunications systems for buildings.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of ANSI/TIA and BICSI standards.
- Experience proficient in using Revit software for design.
- Exhibit strong self-motivation to coordinate efforts with interdisciplinary teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Credentialed as an RCDD or actively pursuing this certification.
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor, data center, or large-scale industrial projects is advantageous.
