Role Overview

We are searching for an energetic and proactive Team Leader to supervise and guide our telecalling team at Goodmaids Services Private Limited located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving complex client issues, and ensuring all customer payment procedures are completed punctually.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the telecalling team to maintain high performance and motivation levels.
• Address customer inquiries and manage difficult client situations with professionalism.
• Ensure timely execution of customer payment processes.
• Encourage the team to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Full-time position.
