As a Telecalling Sales Executive, you will handle outbound calls using pre-approved customer data related to Credit Card and Personal Loan products. Your role involves clearly communicating product features, efficiently converting leads, and spotting chances to cross-sell additional financial services. This position requires working onsite exclusively at a designated ICICI Bank branch, with no field visits or target-based salary pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls based on lists of pre-qualified credit card and personal loan customers.
- Explain the key features of cards and loans effectively to potential clients.
- Close sales leads with efficiency and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to market other banking products and supplementary financial offerings.
- Work solely from an assigned ICICI Bank branch location without any requirement for field activities.
