Job description
Job Overview
We seek an energetic and goal-driven Telecalling Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls from customers. As the initial contact point for clients, you will explain the details of our residential and commercial pest control offerings, transform inquiries into leads, and arrange technician appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective customers from a provided list to introduce various pest control packages including termite, rodent, and general pest management services.
- Manage incoming inquiries and digital leads from customers dealing with pest issues, assess their problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments by coordinating with customers and field teams.
- Conduct follow-ups on payments and Annual Maintenance Contract renewals with current clients, assisting with tracking pending payments.
