Job Overview

We seek a personable, proactive Client Relationship Executive to act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering durable partnerships and ensuring their needs are satisfactorily met through clear communication and dedicated service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture enduring client relationships.
• Identify and address client requirements with appropriate solutions.
• Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee service delivery on schedule.
• Conduct follow-ups to confirm client satisfaction.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting retention efforts.
