Join Properties 21 as a Telecalling Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves engaging potential clients by making outbound telephone calls, providing detailed information about real estate projects, coordinating appointments, and maintaining continuous communication.
Primary Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and convey details regarding various real estate projects.
- Arrange site visit appointments for the sales team to meet with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients leveraging multiple communication channels including telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Accurately update and manage the client lead database utilizing CRM systems.
