They offer comprehensive astrology courses priced at ₹1000 per month or one-time payment plans and are looking to hire Telecalling Sales Executives to engage with leads and facilitate course enrollments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact fresh and existing leads provided by the company.
- Explain course details effectively using provided scripts and training materials.
- Pitch the monthly ₹1000 plan and one-time ₹7000 plan accurately.
- Handle student queries and perform consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Convert potential leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain call records and updates in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
- Send basic follow-up messages through WhatsApp as part of lead management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: 12th grade completed; graduates are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi communication is essential.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or educational counseling is advantageous; freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and internet connectivity is required.
