Job Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates and job seekers.
• Provide information about various skill development programs such as HVAC, Electrician, Welder, Plumber, Mechanical Technician, and Fire Alarm Technician courses.
• Communicate details regarding training costs, program length, eligibility requirements, and job placement prospects.
• Assess candidates' career ambitions and recommend appropriate training courses.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested individuals to convert them into enrolled participants.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate data, call histories, and follow-up actions.
• Address inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Collaborate with counselling and recruitment teams when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi with basic proficiency in English being a plus.
• Confidence in telephone conversations with candidates.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and capable of maintaining records.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and focus on achieving targets.
• Fresh candidates can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Salary ranges between INR 15,000 to INR 32,000 per month.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
