Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executives to become part of our vibrant team. This role suits individuals who possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for interacting with customers while supporting company expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Clearly explain services, special offers, and packages to potential and current customers.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and conversions.
• Address client queries accurately and efficiently.
• Manage CRM records with precision, documenting calls and conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Experience ranging from freshers up to 2 years is acceptable.
• Minimum educational qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any degree.
• Fluency in both English and Kannada languages is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Basic computer proficiency is essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
