Position Summary

Reliassure Insurance Brokers Private Limited is seeking Telecalling Executives for their Chennai office. This full-time role is open to both freshers and candidates with previous experience. The position offers a salary range of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 monthly, along with additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers, detailing the company's product and service offerings.
• Address customer inquiries, delivering precise and helpful information.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and sustain ongoing communication.
• Generate and convert leads into potential customers actively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call logs.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly target quotas for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and supervisors for smooth follow-ups.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.
