Job Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Professionally manage incoming customer calls, providing thorough information and support.
- Clearly explain company offerings and resolve customer inquiries.
- Generate sales leads and enhance business opportunities via telecalling efforts.
- Develop and sustain positive relations with clients to foster long-term engagement.
- Consistently follow up with interested customers and prospects for potential conversions.
- Document all call interactions, leads, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Address and manage customer objections with strong persuasive skills to maximize conversion rates.
- Support overall telemarketing and sales campaigns to meet company targets.
- Strive to achieve designated call, lead generation, and conversion goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 40 years.
- Completion of 12th grade education is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- At least one year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing.
- Good communication and convincing abilities.
- Experienced in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
