Job description
Position Overview
The role of Telecalling Executive involves engaging with doctors and other professionals to present loan offers effectively. This position is office-based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact healthcare and professional clients to discuss available loan products and special offers.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of various loan schemes.
- Assess client needs to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow up with interested prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless loan processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency with computers is necessary.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is favorable but not compulsory.
- Maintain a positive mindset and be driven towards achieving targets.
