Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller to join Sr Business Solutions in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain our service offerings, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. This position requires clear communication, persuasion, and organizational skills to meet daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective clients.
• Clearly convey company packages, services, and special offers.
• Identify and generate new leads through telephonic outreach.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers and sustain ongoing communication.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services accordingly.
• Arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team as needed.
• Record details of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback systematically.
• Consistently meet assigned daily and monthly call and lead generation goals.
• Develop strong customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
• Address basic customer questions and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Polite and confident over-the-phone presence.
• Fundamental computer knowledge including WhatsApp usage.
• Open to fresh graduates and newcomers to telecalling.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
• A positive mindset and determination to achieve targets.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges from 10,000 to 19,000 INR.
