Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team at T S Mahalingam Financial Services Pvt Ltd (RupeeZone) based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The role requires excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor to effectively engage potential customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Provide clear explanations of the company's offerings and generate customer interest.
- Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads and secure appointments.
- Work toward achieving daily and monthly targets related to calls, sales, and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls made and follow-ups conducted for efficient tracking.

Compensation and Work Details
