Telecaller

About the Role

Teamlease Services Limited is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic BPO Telecallers to work on the ICICI Lombard project. This role involves outreach to potential customers as well as providing support to existing clients by handling calls effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to present products and services.
• Manage inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries efficiently and with professionalism.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions including call logs and necessary follow-ups.
• Achieve established daily and monthly call numbers and maintain high-quality service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed at least 12th grade education.
• Open to freshers; however, candidates with over six months experience in BPO or telecalling roles are preferred.
• Possess strong communication abilities, basic command of English, attentive listening, and convincing speech skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and basic English language skills are desirable.
