Role Overview

The Telecaller position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The primary duties involve making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to potential and current clients to introduce property listings, explain services, and create qualified sales leads. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate call records, updating client details using internal systems or CRM software, and arranging property viewings or meetings by following up on inquiries. The role requires providing information about properties, pricing, and company offerings while ensuring professionalism and polite communication over the phone. Coordination with sales personnel, sharing customer feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives through promoting ongoing deals are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette
• Customer service aptitude with a polite, professional approach to client interaction
• Competence in managing records, updating client information, and handling multiple calls efficiently
• Familiarity with telephony systems, CRM or lead management tools, and basic computer programs like email and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are advantageous
• Interest or foundational knowledge of real estate services and Dubai's property market is helpful
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and excel in a target-driven, collaborative environment
• Prior experience in telecalling, call centers, customer support, or sales support is beneficial though not mandatory
