Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential or current customers using the company database.
• Provide clear explanations about our immigration and visa services, including pricing and advantages, catering to client needs.
• Respond to customer questions and objections professionally and conduct follow-up communications.
• Arrange appointments for clients with the immigration consultant.
• Keep detailed records of calls and client interactions.

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal expression and attentive listening.
• Capability to quickly establish rapport over the phone.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 13,000 to 20,000 INR and is based at our Chandigarh office.
