About the Role
We are searching for a committed Telecaller to join our energetic team based in Ranchi. This role suits individuals who excel in communication and are adept at managing phone interactions. As a Telecaller, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client interaction and maintain robust customer relations.
Key Duties
- Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls within prescribed timelines.
- Adhere to scripted communication for various topics while possessing the flexibility to modify approach as needed.
- Assess customer needs, clarify details, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Develop and nurture lasting customer connections by exceeding service expectations.
- Maintain accurate and clear records of all call center conversations in the database.
- Achieve both individual and team qualitative and quantitative performance goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with fundamental computer operations and informed on telephone etiquette.
- Capable of handling stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
