Telecaller - Real Estate

Job Overview

Sapient Realty Solutions is seeking a proactive and energetic Telecaller to join their Real Estate sales division located in Gurugram. This full-time role involves engaging potential clients, nurturing qualified leads, arranging property visits, and assisting the sales team in meeting their set goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective buyers from a provided contact list.
• Present detailed information about real estate projects and ascertain customer needs.
• Identify and vet leads for the sales team’s further action.
• Organize site visits and liaise effectively with sales executives.
• Maintain consistent communication with interested clientele through follow-ups.
• Record interactions and status updates diligently in the CRM platform.
• Meet targets for calls made and leads generated daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and precise information.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background: Graduate or undergraduate; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience range: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably within real estate.
• Proficient communication in Hindi with strong persuasive skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Positive mindset, self-driven, and focused on achieving targets.

Compensation

Salary ranges between INR 18,000 to INR 27,000 per month.
