Job description
Job Overview
This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients using established scripts to promote services or products. Additionally, you will address incoming calls from customers seeking assistance or more information about the offerings.
Key Duties
- Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective clients following pre-approved communication guides.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries with accurate information and support.
- Maintain and update customer records, call results, and relevant notes within the company's database carefully.
- Perform follow-up calls to engage interested prospects and resolve any outstanding concerns.
