Telecaller / Patient Coordinator

About the Role

Fortune Clinic in Chembur, Mumbai is seeking a seasoned, persuasive, and sales-driven Telecaller/Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role involves reaching out to prospective patients and online leads, understanding their healthcare needs, clearly explaining treatment options, and systematically converting inquiries into clinic appointments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow-up calls with patients and leads sourced from online platforms, advertisements, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Clearly and professionally describe surgical procedures and treatments to prospective patients.
• Address patient questions regarding procedures, appointment scheduling, treatment processes, and clinic visits.
• Convert interested leads into consultations and treatments.
• Systematically engage with patients who have not yet confirmed appointments or treatments.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both existing and potential patients.
• Gather patient feedback post consultation or procedures and keep detailed records.
• Coordinate patient appointments in harmony with clinic schedules.
• Handle communications via WhatsApp when necessary and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain daily reports on calls and conversion outcomes.
• Meet assigned monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate candidates are preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, healthcare sales, hospital/clinic coordination, insurance, medical sales, or related roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to follow up and close sales.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Confidence, discipline, and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to professionally discuss medical procedures with patients.
• Experience with healthcare or surgical procedures is a plus.

Additional Information

This position is not a basic calling or data entry job. The selected candidate must confidently engage with patients, maintain consistent follow-ups, and actively support patient acquisition and conversion efforts. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in healthcare telecalling, patient counseling, or sales conversions. Compensation

The salary range for this role is between 15,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
