About the Role

Niraamay Wellness Center seeks compassionate and energetic individuals to serve as Patient Care Coordinators via telecalling. This role centers on delivering empathetic communication and facilitating a smooth treatment experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound patient telephone communications.
• Assist and guide patients throughout their treatment process.
• Maintain precise patient records and follow-up documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless patient support.
• Listen attentively and address patient concerns with empathy.
• Provide accurate information regarding appointments, treatments, and procedures.
• Uphold respectful and positive communication with every patient interaction.
• Promptly escalate urgent or critical patient issues to the management team.

• Proficient communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
