About the Role
UniLife Global Education seeks a dynamic and confident female Telecaller to join its Bangalore branch. The role involves contacting prospective students to discuss overseas education options, following up on leads, and arranging counselling sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential students using company-supplied lead lists.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and abroad study ambitions.
- Explain admission procedures and available services related to overseas education.
- Engage and convert inquiries into booked counselling appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with students via phone and WhatsApp.
- Document call records, inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments accurately.
- Collaborate with the Student Counselling and Admissions teams for streamlined communication.
- Persistently follow up until students connect with counsellors or attend sessions.
- Meet daily and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Handle queries professionally, offering precise information.
- Maintain cordial and professional relationships with students and their guardians.
Candidate Requirements
- Preference for female applicants.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Confident and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up capabilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective telephone communication skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication welcomed.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, education consultancy, or customer support is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling and lead management.

- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly compensation ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 plus performance-based incentives, depending on experience.
