Job Overview
We are looking for fluent Hindi speakers to join our team as International BPO Executives in Bengaluru. The key responsibility involves outbound calls aimed at onboarding and engaging new professionals to our platform.
Primary Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to professionals, effectively presenting platform benefits and onboarding steps to potential partners.
- Engage and persuade leads, converting interested individuals into active platform partners.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all communications, follow-ups, and onboarding progress using the tracker or CRM system.
- Experience in B2B sales and telesales, similar to engagements with companies like Yes Madam or VLCC, will be beneficial.
Additional Information
A Team Lead role is also available exclusively for female candidates, offering a salary of 75,000 INR per month.
