About the Position
Herbal Life Care is seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer communication team. This role operates on a work-from-home basis, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. The primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, clearly convey information about our products, services, and promotions, address basic queries, and procure qualified leads.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to potential clients using supplied lead lists.
- Provide clear explanations of company offerings and ongoing campaigns.
- Assess customer needs to generate quality leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintain accurate logs of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Respond professionally to basic customer inquiries.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate on qualified leads.
- Exhibit a professional and positive tone during interactions.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Polished and confident telephone manner.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp, and spreadsheet applications like Google Sheets or Excel.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory; freshers are welcome.
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing work from home.
- Possession of a smartphone and reliable internet is a must.
- Quiet environment suitable for professional calls.
