Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, clearly explain the company's products and services, and maintain precise records of these interactions. The telecaller is also expected to follow up diligently and meet defined daily performance goals.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient communication abilities in both Hindi and English languages.
