Job Overview
This role involves making outbound calls to customers or passengers to gather feedback and share information related to services offered. The telecaller is expected to interact courteously and professionally with customers, addressing simple inquiries and recording call details diligently.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to clients and passengers as per schedule.
- Collect feedback and clearly communicate service-related information.
- Respond politely to basic customer questions and concerns.
- Log call outcomes, customer feedback, and details accurately into Excel or Google Sheets.
- Adhere to provided call scripts and communication protocols.
- Report complaints or issues promptly to supervisors for further handling.
- Meet daily targets for calling and reporting activities.
Additional Information
Compensation offered ranges between 8000 to 11000 INR per month.
