About the Role

Urbanrise Realty Services in Bhubaneswar seeks a dynamic and communicative Telecaller to engage with potential property buyers. The role involves managing client inquiries, arranging site visits, and handling real estate leads for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, investors, and leads from marketing campaigns.
• Provide detailed information over phone or WhatsApp regarding property features, pricing, and project highlights.
• Follow up diligently with leads and organize property site visits in coordination with the sales team.
• Keep client databases, call logs, and follow-up schedules accurately updated.

Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
• Basic understanding of real estate or previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
• Exhibit high energy, confidence, and a goal-oriented approach.

Eligibility

Open to candidates with good communication skills and preferably some background in real estate or customer service.
