About the Role
Investim Solutions Private Limited is seeking energetic and confident Telecallers to join their team at the Moti Nagar office in Delhi-NCR. This is a full-time position aimed at candidates ready to engage customers actively and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients and customers to promote company products and services.
- Clearly communicate offerings and respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
- Perform follow-ups with interested prospects to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain detailed daily records of calls made and prepare corresponding reports.
- Meet daily and monthly targets concerning call numbers and overall performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi are essential, with basic English proficiency viewed as a plus.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary to handle call records and documentation.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Additional Details
- Work schedule runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
- Salary for freshers ranges between ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 monthly, plus incentives.
- Salary for experienced candidates will be negotiable based on interview outcomes and prior experience.
