Key Responsibilities

• Perform voice-based market research interviews targeting respondents in the UK and US regions.
• Strictly adhere to structured questionnaires and probing instructions as provided.
• Record responses accurately in the CATI system in real time during calls.
• Screen interviewees to confirm eligibility prior to commencing surveys.
• Manage refusals and objections courteously while maintaining professionalism on each call.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for completed survey interviews.
• Document call outcomes and arrange callbacks when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of respondent data in compliance with data protection and quality standards.
• Provide daily updates on progress and promptly report any technical or script-related issues to supervisors.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must have a minimum of one year of related work experience.
• Only candidates residing in Mumbai are eligible to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear and comprehensible pronunciation.
• Comfort and ease in communicating with UK and US respondents.
• Strong listening capabilities coupled with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with calling system software.
• Able to work effectively in an international call center environment.
• Preferred experience includes CATI, BPO, telecalling, customer service, or market research sectors.

Other Information and Benefits

• Salary range between ₹300,000 and ₹400,000 per annum.
• Employment requires working five days a week.
