Telecaller Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Telecaller Executive to become an integral part of our team. The role involves initiating outbound calls to commercial drivers to introduce and promote our offerings, generating quality leads, and delivering exemplary customer service to support our growth objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling campaigns targeting commercial drivers to market company services effectively.
• Generate potential client leads by clearly communicating the benefits and unique features of our services.
• Establish and nurture long-term positive relationships with drivers to encourage loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service details, promotions, and advantages to accurately inform callers.
• Document all interactions with drivers meticulously to ensure accurate records are kept.
• Perform follow-up communications to convert prospective calls into confirmed clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills suited for business environments.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Ability to function effectively under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
