Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller to join Travel Luxis Co Ltd, a specialized Thailand Destination Management Company (DMC), based in the Greater Lucknow area. The primary function of this position involves outbound communication aimed at introducing our company and travel services, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to travel agents and prospective clients to introduce Travel Luxis and our bespoke travel service offerings.
- Promote and explain various Thailand travel packages including MICE, FIT & GIT tours, educational and Buddhist tours, and other experiential travel arrangements.
- Create and nurture leads via phone, WhatsApp, and alternative communication channels.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and business partners to ensure engagement and interest.
- Comprehend customer needs to effectively liaise with the sales department for seamless service delivery.
