Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive specializing in Lead Conversion and Data Entry. Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, this role involves engaging with prospective clients through calls, presenting our services, and converting their interest into confirmed bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling demo appointments and updating all customer information accurately within our customer relationship management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads provided by the company to introduce services and encourage bookings.
- Schedule demonstration sessions and coordinate with the Manager for follow-up meetings.
- Ensure precise maintenance of lead and customer data in the company CRM or panel.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication skills to articulate service offerings clearly.
- Basic familiarity with computers and CRM software usage.
- Prior experience in telecalling or data entry is desirable but not mandatory.
Compensation and Location
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 and is based at 402, Fortune Business Hub, Science City Road, Hebatpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380060.
