Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai to handle outbound calls aimed at generating leads for personal loan products. The individual will be engaging potential customers, explaining various loan offerings, and guiding them through the application and approval procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate personal loan leads.
• Clearly explain the features, eligibility criteria, required documents, and the overall loan application process to customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and assist customers throughout the loan processing stages.
• Meet prescribed sales targets and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and professionally resolve their queries.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and lead status updates.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth loan request processing.
