Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Position Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to enhance our telesales operations at Keith Electronics Pvt. Ltd., located in Delhi-NCR. The candidate should possess good communication skills and basic computer proficiency to effectively connect with potential clients and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Clearly explain offerings to customers and convert sales leads into confirmed sales.
• Maintain precise call logs and update daily reports accurately.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily and weekly sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computers, preferably familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Confidence in handling outbound calling tasks.
• A positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
