Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Overview

This role combines telecalling duties with computer operations, aimed at providing excellent customer service and technical support for Xpress Digital based in Mumbai. The position involves both inbound and outbound customer interactions, product explanation, lead generation, as well as basic technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to customers and potential clients effectively.
• Clearly communicate and explain the company's products and services.
• Generate sales leads and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
• Provide technical assistance by resolving common software, website, and other basic technical issues.
• Guide customers regarding product usage and address their queries patiently.
• Collaborate with the technical team for issues requiring advanced support.
