Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients using company-approved scripts to promote products or services. Additionally, you will manage inbound calls by answering customer inquiries, resolving their issues, and clarifying service policies. A crucial aspect of this position is identifying customer needs to generate prospective leads and determine purchase interest.
Administrative Duties
You will be responsible for accurately documenting call summaries, customer details, and scheduling follow-ups within the company’s CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
Performance Expectations
The role demands meeting or exceeding daily or weekly targets related to call volume, lead generation, or sales conversion.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is from 15,000 to 65,000 Indian Rupees monthly.
