About the Role
Sanju Designer Factory Private Limited is seeking a dedicated female Telecaller and Order Processing Executive for Kaligheli Ethnic Wear shop to manage customer interactions and order handling processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately upon receipt.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
- Engage with customers to maintain basic communication related to orders and inquiries.
