Job Overview
Maurya’s IT Solutions Private Limited is seeking a responsible and articulate individual to perform dual roles as a Telecaller and Home Tutor based in Patna, Bihar. This position involves managing customer communications via phone and delivering in-person tuition support to students.
Telecaller Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound customer calls.
- Engage with clients to understand and address their inquiries.
- Provide basic information regarding company products and services.
- Conduct follow-up communications as necessary.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and customer data.
- Redirect important queries to relevant teams or management.
- Ensure polite and professional interaction with customers at all times.
Home Tutor Responsibilities
- Offer tuition sessions at assigned student residences.
- Explain subjects and concepts clearly based on student comprehension levels.
- Assist students with homework, revision, and exam preparation.
- Conduct regular practice exercises and monitor academic progress.
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable and confident in telephonic conversations.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and computers.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Teaching skills and subject knowledge are advantageous for the tutoring role.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
Employment Details
